Kunzea {Kunzea ambigua} essential oil (EO) has a unique, camphoraceous, earthy aroma. I adore this EO! I find the scent to be very comforting. Kunzea inspires us to move forward when life has become stagnant. It is very restorative & revitalizing to the emotions. When we shove our emotions deep down and bury them away, Kunzea helps us recognize these hidden emotions so that we can address them, process them, and move them out. Kunzea is great for moving things along that we have allowed to block us energetically. Move that shit out! It uplifts & strengthens our emotional body.
Due to Kunzea's fair amount of monoterpenes, specifically a-pinene, it offers us a fantastic analgesic and anti-inflammatory component to a blend for easing muscular pain. Many have gotten great results using it in this manner. Do remember, monoterpene-rich EOs can oxidize more easily than other essential oils. Keep the lid on the bottle, store in a cool, dry place (fridge is best), and don't use it topically if oxidized. Kunzea also has a wonderful oxide content of 1,8 cineole. This offers Kunzea a wonderful decongestant quality. When reducing congestion is necessary, add Kunzea to your blend. Blend with conifers to help ease sinus headaches.
Kunzea has an affinity with the Sacral Chakra because it strengthens us emotionally. It clears out our emotional congestion, which allows us to be able to be present with our emotional wounds so they may heal. Kunzea helps soften our stuck, stagnant, and hardened emotional body. Allow those feeling you have bury deep down to be able to process, gently dissolve, and move on through. When stuck emotional pain translates into stuck physical pain, Kunzea can works its magic by unbinding that stuck, clogged energy so that there is freedom in movement again.
Kunzea is one of the main ingredients in our Divine Feminine Anointing Oil because it inspires us to move forward. It is also a key component in our Tension Relief Balm for its wonderful ability to ease muscular tension. We also carry Kunzea EO in our Essential Oil catalog.
