Grief Circle

Sometimes we just need to say good-bye. Whether we are saying good-bye to a loved one, a career, a home, a dream ~ having closure can greatly help us accept and process our grief.

The last couple of years have been very heavy and painful for many of us. This constricting weight can directly impact our quality of life. It can rob us of our joy, or at least make it harder to access our joy. The act of letting go is deeply cathartic and lightens the heaviness we carry around with us.

Join us in Circle where we will witness and support one another in saying good-bye to that which grieves our hearts. We will gather on the mountain in community. You are welcome to bring a photo or memento that represents who/what you are grieving to bless upon our altar.

Aimee Williams, CCA will use her education in Art Therapy and Holistic Health to create and hold the space needed for grief relief to occur. Together we will write letters to our lost loved ones, careers, dreams, etc. After sharing with and supporting each other, Aimee will teach you how to make your own Aromatic Grief Relief Oil that will help soothe and comfort your heart.

Aimee will instruct you on making a safe and effective Grief Relief Oil with pure essential oils and carrier oils. You will design your own aromatic blend that will best help you process your grief. You will recieve a step-by-step hand-out, a 10ml roller bottle, and community support.

Herbal tea and all supplies needed for our Grief Circle are provided.

Join us in sacred space where we will transform our grief collectively. Ease your pain and lighten your heaviness in a beautiful, serene mountain landscape. This Circle will be held in the Tea Pavilion at Mountain Sage Wellness Shop on Flat Top Mountain in Fairview, NC. If you are joining a friend, carpooling is recommended.
